Wild Harvested Raw Pine Pollen - Broken Cell Micro-powder
Na’vi Pine pollen is a wild-harvested super food with no added chemicals or preservatives. Harvested only from selected mountain Masson Pine (Pinus massoniana) Tree, at an elevation of between 1100 - 1500 metres, during specific days in Spring to ensure the high-quality potency of the Pollen.
After harvesting, a low-temperature, high-speed airflow pulverization process is used to break up about 99% of the cellular material to increase the bio-availability of the pine pollen.
Our wild harvested Pine Pollen is gathered in the mountains of the Yunnan Province of Southwestern China. The region itself is home to some of the richest plant life of all of China, and its mountainous region, which borders Tibet, is an especially clean, natural area far away from industry and pollution.
Each serving contains over 200 bioactive vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and other super nutrients including Vitamins A, B Complex, C, D2 and D3, E, over 18 amino acids, zinc, magnesium, enzymes and much more.
Pine Pollen is the male spore of the pine tree and is considered to be one of the most potent and powerful herbs or foods available today. It has been used for thousands of years, and is mostly famous for its effects on the hormonal system. It is often used by men and women alike to balance the hormonal system and rejuvenate the body. Pine pollen has a hard shell on it, which if not broken, the nutrition that is found in pine pollen will not be as readily available to the body. Therefore our pine pollen is processed through a low temperature and high speed airflow sporoderm-breaking technology, leaving 99% of the pine pollen with the cell walls broken, with sizes of around 1 to 2 micrograms and thus bio-available to your body.
In China, where pine pollen has been used for thousands of years, it is considered one of the beauty tonics for women. Yes, it can be used on your skin too. Several of its compounds support both elastin and collagen. And taken internally, with its wide variety of minerals, vitamins, amino acids, antioxidants and more it’ll help support your health.

Regular Pine Pollen Dosage
A regular dose of pine pollen powder is ½ to 1 tsp two times per day and can be taken on it own, or mixed (stirred/blended) into water, smoothies or hot drinks, once they are at a drinkable temperature
Pine Pollen can also be used externally, to successfully treat skin conditions of all kinds. It can be made into a cream to apply directly to the skin when battling eczema, acne, impetigo, and diaper rash. The arginine in Pine Pollen also caters to the improvement of skin challenges.
Larger Pine Pollen Dosage
In China, where the relationship with pine pollen is more like a food, oral dosing runs from 5 to 10 grams per day.
The massive doses recommended by Chinese Medicine makes sense when one sees the amount of nutrients involved. As for the testosterone making it through the GI tract, this is a problem best remedied by tinctures. However, tinctures cannot impart the totality of the dense food source that pollen is, so a combination of the two is highly advantageous for men that have started andropause (around 40) and up. Each tablespoon is approximately 3 grams so this dose would be about 1 ½ to 3 tablespoons per day.
As pine pollen is also loaded with vitamins, minerals, amino acids, antioxidants and more, when taking the larger dosages, you are significantly supplementing your nutrition which can also offer many other benefits.
Pine Pollen Tincture Preparation:
We are often asked how to make this. We regularly make a pine pollen tincture for ourselves using:
- Na'vi pine pollen
- Na'vi nettle root extract
- Organic cachaca from Brazil (you can use whatever alcohol you wish here... about 40% proof is preferable)
We fill a jar just over half full with pine pollen, then add the alcohol topping up both (to fill the jar) ensuring the mixture is thick, but still can be stirred. We leave this for about a month, stirring/shaking occasionally.
Once a month has passed, we will strain through a strong cloth or nut milk bag - it needs to be strong, as you'll want to squeeze hard to get every bit of liquid you can out of the mixture. Sometimes we will add a little water to help with the extraction if the paste is really thick.
Once this has been done, we'll add the nettle root extract powder and stir it into the liquid tincture. To give you an idea of ratios, we'll use about 50g of our Na'vi 10:1 ratio nettle root extract powder to every 1kg of pine pollen powder used.
