Daily dose (1 ml) contains 10 mg of Vladonix peptide complex A-11

Directions:
5–6 drops  (0.25–0.35 ml) under the tongue 10–15 minutes before eating, 3–4 times daily.

One pack contains 10ml and will last approx 10 days on the recommended directions
