  In the recent years my sleep has suffered a lot due to stress and I am so pleased I found this fully natural supplement. I value it particularly for the fact that it is wild harvested in the remote clean Altai mountains, so it contains the 'memory' of that powerful nature where it grew. I've only just started taking it, mixed with warm water. It has slightly sour taste and yet pleasant to drink before bedtime.

  I have chosen this as protection against winter depression, it is still early to tell, but something is working so I am continuing to take it. Quite pleasant in a drink.

  After taking this power for a few days I've noticed that I became much calmer and more balanced in my outlook on life situations. It seems to also normalise the sleep a bit despite the fact that I tend to take it in the mornings. I'd say that it's worth a try especially if you are going through a stressful period in life and need a bit of help.

  As a pharmacist, I value a natural uplifting option. Unlike any tablet form, this serotonin support can be taken as and when. I use it occasionally, when I need a boost.

  Everytime I drink this I do feel better, my mental health have improved and I feel happier. The only thing I do not like is when mixed in warm water it doesn’t dissolve and can be hard to swallow.

  I have been taking this product for few months. It does its job. It is not heavy hitter, but it helps to boost serotonin levels especially during winter times. Apparently its 1000 x more potent than cacao or bananas. The only annoying thing is its very bad taste, but everything healthy usually taste bad anyway.I mix it with honey and some inositol for sweet flavour. For best result i take 2 spoons a day.

  I have only just started using this product and so I can't say for sure what it will be doing for me, but I do like the product for what it is and the value of natural serotonin for the body. I will observe my body's reaction to it and add a follow-up review in the near future. I recommended it to a friend who thinks is brilliant for his mood.

  Only been taking about a week but do feel a sort of calm happiness after taking. Noticed that sleep has improved also. Only taking once a day - half a teaspoon. Going to buy more & continue

  This lifts my mood and helps me sleep. I use in conjunction with other products as I have quite a severe serotonin deficiency, but this is definitely a very valuable addition to the mix and I wouldn't want to be without it. I definitely notice an improvement after taking it.

  I’ve tried this plant based serotonin powder for a few months now. I don’t take it everyday, just during times when I feel anxious, stressed, and low. I find that it calms me down and provides a subtle comforting effect. Worth trying for people who struggle with anxiety and/or low mood.

  I bought this powder as I’ve been really struggling with my mental health, and I really don’t want to be put on anti-depressants or mood stabilisers, so wanted to try and alternative, plant based route, and I’ve really noticed a difference in my overall mood and mental state.
