Sun Blissed Elixir | HOMA Organic Grown & Blessed ♥
✧ What is Sun Blissed?
Sun Blissed is a blend of three of Ayurveda's most treasured roots, ashwagandha, safed musli and shatavari, brought together by the Vedic scholars of the HOMA farm we work with.
✧ Why these three roots?
Each root has its own character, and together they balance one another:
- Ashwagandha, the calming, grounding root.
- Safed musli, the strengthening root, Ayurveda's "white gold".
- Shatavari, the nourishing root, long held as a herb for women.
Formulated by Vedic scholars, the three are blended in balance: calm, strength and nourishment in a single cup.

✧ What is HOMA (Agnihotra) farming?
HOMA farming honours the land as a living being. Rooted in Ayurveda, it is both a science and a sacred ritual, performed at sunrise and at sunset.
Most farming tends only the soil. HOMA farming goes further, recognising that a plant is nourished as much by the atmosphere around it as by the earth below. Organic HOMA preparations feed the land while the daily Agnihotra fire ceremonies purify the air, raising every plant within an energetic field of abundant vitality, a vitality carried through into the produce we harvest.
We are blessed to work with a very special HOMA farm in India, and we love sharing their harvest.
✧ How do you take Sun Blissed?
One teaspoon a day, traditionally enjoyed in the late afternoon, around four or five o'clock.
Stir it into warm milk (dairy or plant), or take it in water, a smoothie or juice, with a little honey or jaggery to sweeten. You can also blend it with soft dried fruit, such as dates or raisins, and roll it into simple energy balls.
The three roots are also offered on their own: our Ashwagandha, Safed Musli and Shatavari.
