Directions ✧

Directions: 3g (approx 1 teaspoon) taken 30min to 1hr before bed, stirred into hot water or hot milk. It has a naturally sweet flavour. The 90g jar holds around 30 servings and the 180g jar around 60.

    I've been continually waking up around 3am and often then stayed awake until 6am. This has really helped 90% plus. On the now rare occasions that I've woken in the early hours, I've had another mug of milk + Moondust and I've dropped off straightaway. Tried not taking it last night and I woke up 3am. Taste is sweet and is easy to drink. I've tried many things re sleep and nothing's helped like Moondust.

    I am not sure how much this assists with sleep, as I still need medication from a doctor. It does really help with relaxation though, and I miss it if I don't have it. It tastes very pleasant, almost like digestive biscuits as a drink.

    I find this he's immensely with sleep and it also tastes pretty good too. I sometimes mix it around in yoghurt or in a strawberry milkshake. It is quite expensive also though.

    This sleep elixir has a great taste and I feel relaxed after drinking it. Each drink measure is one teaspoon so the jar lasts quite awhile and no sugar is required as it is naturally sweet. I will buy this product again.

    My wife has a complex diagnosis which causes her acute body pain. This tends to either stop her from falling asleep or it wakes her up in the night. It also affects her endocrine system and her cortisol doesn't turn off. Sleep has been like an elusive enemy for years. She has tried numerous different solutions, from pharmaceutical to herbal and the Moondust is the only one that has consistently worked.

    Excellent. Having tried quite a few sleep aids, most taste filthy or just don't work. Moondust really does promote deep relaxation and it aids in a deep and comfortable sleep. Having undiagnosed ADHD sleep can be hard to find, especially around New and Full Moons, but Moondust has been a brilliant aid, working from the very first dose. It tastes like pomegranate and is slightly sweet. It dissolves easily in warm water and it isn't gritty. A large 180g jar contains 90 servings which works out to 81p per serving. I highly recommend this product.

    I enjoy the experience of drinking moon dust before bed and I think it helps me into a deeper sleep, but it hasn't helped me to get back to sleep more reliably when i wake at 3.00 am. Definitely worth a try though and the quality of Na'vi products is always excellent.

    I have purchased chahga and reishi along with the moon dust and I must say every product is amazing from keeping me feeling healthy and my immune system stronger. The moon dust has really helped me keep in a deep sleep instesd of waking up during the night so will definitely be repurchasing!
