Is there a discount code for Na'vi Organics?
Yes. New newsletter subscribers receive a 10% welcome discount code by email. There is no minimum spend, and it does not have to be used on your first order. The code is valid for one order.
How do I get the 10% welcome discount?
- Join the newsletter on our newsletter signup page.
- Look for the subscription confirmation email, which arrives almost immediately.
- Your welcome email follows, with the discount code inside.
- Enter the code in the discount box at checkout.

I signed up but my discount code has not arrived
Both emails are sent almost immediately. If you cannot see them within five minutes, please check your spam or junk folder, as welcome emails often settle there. If it still has not appeared, write to us at hello@naviorganics.uk and we will sort it out for you.
Can I use the welcome discount if I have subscribed before?
The welcome discount is for new subscribers. If you have signed up to our newsletter previously, another welcome email and code will not be sent. Our Gemstones rewards programme is open to everyone, so that is the better route if you are already on our list.
What are Na'vi Gemstones?
Na'vi Gemstones are our way of thanking you for shopping with us. You gather them as you order, review and share, then exchange them for discount codes to use on future orders. To begin collecting, create an account on our website.
How do I earn Na'vi Gemstones?
- Placing orders. Every order earns Gemstones, worth up to 9% back to spend on a later order.
- Leaving a review. Tell others how you found a product.
- Following and sharing on social media.
- Referring a friend. Introduce someone new to Na'vi and you both benefit.

How do I spend my Gemstones?
Sign in to your account and exchange your Gemstones for a discount code, then enter that code at checkout on your next order. Your balance carries over, so you can gather them up for something larger.
Is there free delivery?
Yes. UK orders over £45 travel free by standard delivery, and orders over £200 free by express. International orders over £250 are sent free by DHL, up to 7kg. Full details are on our delivery page.
