One of the most delicious and nutritous alternaives to dairy milk
  • 2 cups Whole Tiger Nuts
  • 1 litre Water
Soak tigernuts overnight, or even up to 36 hours for them to become even more hydratedBlend tigernuts with waterStrain or sieve using a nut milk bag or even stockings work really well!Serve at room temperature, or refriderate or you can warm for hot milk (be careful not to heat too hot, as over 75 degrees C, it will begin to thicken)
