Cookie Policy

Last updated: 20 May 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Navi Organics Ltd (Na'vi Organics) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on www.naviorganics.uk. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we look after your personal information more broadly.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They help the site remember things like what you have in your basket, whether you are signed in, and your preferences. Some cookies are needed for the website to work at all. Others are optional, and we ask for your consent before using them.

Which cookies do we use?

We group our cookies into four categories, in line with UK GDPR, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), and guidance from the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Strictly necessary cookies

These keep the shop running. They remember the items in your basket, secure your checkout, prevent fraud, and let you log in to your account. Without them, the site cannot function. We do not ask consent for these because they are essential, and the law allows us to set them on that basis.

Functional cookies

These remember your preferences, such as your language or region, so the site behaves the way you expect on your next visit. They are optional and you can decline them.

Analytics cookies

These help us understand which pages people read, how they arrive at the shop, and where the site could be clearer or kinder to use. We only set these with your consent. We use Google Analytics 4 for this. The data is aggregated and we do not use it to identify you personally.

Marketing cookies

These let us show relevant products to people who have visited before, measure how our adverts perform, and avoid showing the same advert over and over. We only set these with your consent. We use Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Klaviyo for this.

How do I manage my cookie preferences?

When you first visit the site from the UK, the European Economic Area, or Switzerland, a cookie banner appears asking which categories you are happy with. You can:

  • Accept all cookies
  • Reject all optional cookies (only strictly necessary ones will be set)
  • Choose category by category in the Manage Preferences screen

You can change your mind at any time by clicking the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page, which re-opens the banner.

You can also control cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers let you block cookies or delete cookies already stored. The links below explain how:

Blocking all cookies, including strictly necessary ones, will stop the shop from working properly. You will not be able to add items to your basket or complete checkout.

How long do cookies stay on my device?

Cookies fall into two groups by lifespan:

  • Session cookies are deleted as soon as you close your browser.
  • Persistent cookies stay on your device for a set period or until you delete them. The longest we use is 13 months, after which we ask for your consent again.

Which third parties set cookies through our site?

The third parties below help us run the shop and reach the right people. Each has their own privacy policy, which we link to so you can read more.

Do you use Google Consent Mode?

Yes. We use Google Consent Mode v2, which means that if you do not give consent for analytics or marketing cookies, Google's tools either do not load at all or fall back to a privacy-preserving mode that uses no identifiers and no remarketing.

Do you transfer my data outside the UK?

Some of our third-party providers, including Google, Klaviyo and Shopify, are based outside the UK. When your data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to keep your information protected. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

How do I get in touch?

If you have any questions about cookies, the data we collect, or how to manage your preferences, please email hello@naviorganics.uk and we will gladly help.
