Subscription Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions work at Na'vi Organics, your rights as a subscriber, and how to manage or cancel a subscription at any time.
What is a subscription
A subscription is a recurring order for selected products from our range, delivered automatically on a schedule you choose. Around 10 to 15 of our products are currently subscription-eligible, and you can identify them by the “Delivery every 4 weeks”, “every 8 weeks”, or “every 12 weeks” options shown on the product page below the “Add to cart” button.
If a product does not show these options, it is not currently available as a subscription. We are open to expanding the subscription range based on customer demand. If there is a product you would like to subscribe to, email us at hello@naviorganics.uk and we will look into adding it.
Subscriptions are managed through our partner Recharge, who processes recurring payments and gives you a customer portal to view, amend, or cancel your subscription.
Setting up a subscription
You can set up a subscription on any subscription-eligible product. On the product page, choose your delivery frequency from the options shown:
- Delivery every 4 weeks
- Delivery every 8 weeks
- Delivery every 12 weeks
Each subscription includes a 5% discount on every delivery, applied automatically. The discount is shown clearly at checkout and on every renewal.
When you start a subscription, you are agreeing to receive recurring deliveries at the frequency and price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
Renewal reminders
Before each renewal, we will email you a reminder showing:
- The product or products renewing
- The renewal date
- The renewal price (including any changes since your last delivery)
- A direct link to manage or cancel your subscription
These reminders are sent in line with our commitment to transparent subscriptions and your rights under UK consumer law. They are not optional and will continue for as long as your subscription is active.
Managing your subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your Na'vi Organics account at www.naviorganics.uk/account
- Clicking the “Manage subscription” link in any subscription email
- Emailing us at hello@naviorganics.uk
From the management portal you can:
- Skip the next delivery
- Change the delivery frequency
- Change the product or quantity
- Update the delivery address
- Update the payment method
- Pause the subscription
- Cancel the subscription
Changes made before the next renewal date will apply to the next delivery. Changes made after a renewal has already been processed will apply to the following delivery.
Price changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices, for example to reflect changes in supplier costs or product specifications. If we change the price of a product you subscribe to:
- We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price takes effect
- You will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies, with no penalty
- If you do not cancel, your subscription will continue at the new price
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee.
To cancel, log into your account, click “Manage subscription”, and select “Cancel subscription”. Cancellation is effective immediately. Any deliveries already processed before cancellation will still be sent and charged.
If you have difficulty cancelling, please email us at hello@naviorganics.uk and we will action it for you within seven working days.
Your right to cancel under UK law
In addition to the cancellation rights above, you have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, starting from the day after you receive your first subscription delivery. During this period, you can cancel and return the first delivery for a full refund.
To exercise your cooling-off right:
- Notify us within 14 days of receiving the first delivery, by email at hello@naviorganics.uk or using the model cancellation form in our Refund Policy
- Return the unopened, re-sellable goods to us within 14 days of notifying us, at your own cost
- We will refund the full amount paid for the first delivery within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
After the 14-day cooling-off period, our standard refund policy applies to subsequent deliveries (see Refund Policy).
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails (for example, because of an expired card or insufficient funds), we will:
- Email you to let you know
- Attempt the payment again over the following few days
- Continue your subscription if the payment succeeds
- Pause your subscription if the payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts
You can update your payment method at any time in your account portal.
Stock and substitutions
If a subscribed product becomes unavailable for any reason, we will contact you to discuss options, including substituting a similar product, pausing the subscription, or cancelling. We will not substitute a product without your agreement.
Discounts on subscriptions
Every subscription delivery includes a 5% discount, applied automatically to the product price. The discount continues for as long as the subscription remains active. If you cancel and later re-subscribe, the 5% discount will apply to the new subscription from the first delivery.
Promotional discount codes cannot be combined with the 5% subscription discount. If you have a promotional code that gives a larger discount than 5%, you may prefer to place a one-time order using the code instead. The exact terms of any specific promotion will be shown when the promotion is offered.
