marine collagen concentrate (fish collagen, L-glycine, L-alanine, L-proline, L-hydroxyproline, L-glutamic acid, maltodextrin); calcium (calcium bisglycinate); capsule shell (bulking agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, capsule dye: copper complexes of chlorophyllins); pregelatinized corn starch; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; vitamin and peptide complex D3 ((maltodextrin, vitamin D (cholecalciferol), peptide complex IPH AEN (egg albumen, L-alanine, L-aspartic acid, L-glutamic acid, peptides IPH AEN (L-alanine, L-aspartic acid, L-glutamic acid )); copper (copper gluconate); biotin (Biotin).

Recommendations for use:
Adults: 3 capsules (2190 mg) a day, with a small amount of liquid, without chewing
