Ingredients:
Amino peptide complex (L-lysine hydrochloride, L-glutamine, peptide complex IPH T (egg albumin, L-glutamic acid, L-tryptophan, peptide IPH T (L-glutamic acid, L-tryptophan)); capsule shell (bulking agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, capsule colorant: copper complexes of chlorophyllins); corn maltodextrin; omega complex IPH3 with Alpha-linoleic acid (ALA); corn starch; omega complex IPH6 with linolenic acid; omega complex IPH9 with oleic acid; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; zinc bisglycinate chelate; vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate); vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

Recommendations for use:
Adults: 3 capsules (2190 mg) a day, with a small amount of liquid, without chewing
